Study 1

the objective of this study is to gain knowledge about the processes and experiences of establishing a CRT within a local community mental health service unit. The study is carried out in collaboration with a newly established CRT in Buskerud.

The following research questions will be addressed in this study:
• What are the discourses of crisis resolution and home treatment in a CRT, and how do the discourses evolve over time?
• What are the practice patterns in crisis resolution and home treatment as being established over time?
• Who are the people working in CRT?
